whats diffrence between virtual memory and ram memory i know to virtual memory is on hard disk... but why doesn't everybody then have example 1 gb of ram and set 10gb set virtual memory?? i know to im noob but i couldnt find answer because i want to buy ram...

Virtual memory is slow. When you run out of physical memory (RAM) your system will become slow
I recommend at least 6GB ram (enough room for a 32-bit game, your webbrowser and a third app like ce)

i have 32 bite windows 7 isnt it limited to 3.5 gb??

yes, for 32-bit just get 4 gb ram.
Unless you really understand what you do. Then get 8GB of ram or more and get a ramdisk program you can configure to make use of PAE memory. Then configure that as the main pagefile for a nice speedboost

In short: Just get 4GB
