I only use my two index fingers when typing.
For space I always use my right index finger, no exceptions.

Well, depends. If i havve to use my right hand for the next key press, I use my left, and vice versa.

Use an assortment of different fingers when ever I need to. It's really how I got used to typing I suppose. Sometimes I use my thumb but sometimes when my pointer finger is being used for another key, I use one of my thumbs. I occasionally use my ring finger. Not too often however, It's very awkward.
