| Safemode, make your account an Administrator.

Safemode still requires a password if one was set for the administrator account. Best you could do is use a utility to wipe the old pass. If the computer is setup using Bitlocker all data will be useless after pass reset.

Parents won't just go and lock their child's computer for no obvious reason. You must have done something stupid to earn this.
What can it be...?
You didn't do your homework?
Your grades dip to the bottom of a mine shaft and got stuck?
You're up late when your parent tells you to go to bed?
You got caught fapping to WOW, Minecraft, or MS?
So, care to share it with us?
You can just tell your parents and have them remove the password

| My only suggestion is to grow up, get a job, and buy your own pc. My mommy stopped punishing me from things around 15 when I got a summer job and I been buying my own stuff ever since.

Well, implying you were using XP, you could go into safe mode and change it. I don't know if this will work or not, but give it a go anyway.
Open CMD, type: "net users Administrator /active:yes" (without quotes). This opens the main Admin account for Windows Vista/7.
Wait, do you even have a user? Or are you completely locked out?

Another option that will allow you to use the computer without touching Windows is to use a Linux LiveCD. As long as you remember to remove the disk they will never know as everything is wiped at shutdown.
It also will not alter the Windows portion of the disk.
