Annie's burst is pretty much as strong as 3 other mage's burst combined. Maybe that's why the enemy team won.

annie got fed. Besides she is one of the best mages in the game. I think shes op. Some of the best ap ratios along with 1.5 aoe stun

Annie is one of the best (aoe) burst there is in the game, yeah.
She's not OP though. You can take her down quite easily if played right. Like any mage you shouldn't straight up run in (unless you have Banshee's).
I still prefer LeBlanc over her, though.
