Highly doubt you'll be able to get to 0 without you getting banned first.

This isn't actually true. People have to report you to get banned for queue dodging so waiting until the last second everytime may get you banned but straight up dodging won't. Look up "camera" he's known for dodging down to 0 elo then breaking 2k.
