This happens to me when I sleep too much. Just eat breakfast. I am only like that when I don't eat for a long period of time like 16 hours.

if I go to sleep and no one wakes me up I usually sleep for 12 hours, and even then I'm still kinda sleepy the following day

if I sleep for like 6 hours theres almost no difference between the sleepiness throughout the day, but I'm just alot more tired when waking up

I only ever feel fully rested when I sleep for like 15 hours
and I can't really do that because then I only have 9 hours of free time, plus school is 7 hours so

also, coffee tastes like shit and makes my stomach hurt

When you sleep too long you get tired. Happens to me too. I usually sleep like 7 hours but once I slept like 12 and I was still tired a'F.

i never feel fully rested. i drink nos on weekends though, and coffee whenever and it tastes good man.
