The readername tag is an 'addon' for the forums, so no. Unless Facebook plans to implement something like it which I highly doubt they ever will since it is entirely pointless.

No. However, it is possible to make a link that will automatically redirect whoever reads it to their own facebook account
ex: http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?=100002172251329

all you have to do, is to type any number behind "profile.php?=", and it will automatically redirect to your own profile. Of course this only applies as long as there's not any actual account that exists on that page.
