You have to find a torrent with more leechers than seeders.
All my decent seeders have at least twice as many Ls as Ss. In your case, like SF said, all the Ls are already getting their shit from the very large pool of seeders.

Download a bunch of the freeleech torrents and leave them seeding. Even if you have a low upload rate you'll get a much higher ratio.

You're constantly connecting to different people who are also constantly connecting to different people. Just leave it on overnight like I do, errthing works out.
As long as you have at least 3 decent torrents seeding, you should be good. My join date was 3 days ago and these are my stats.
Ratio: 3.828 Uploaded:36.145 GB Downloaded:9.443 GB Active Torrents: 7 2 Bonus Points: 117.2
