Yes I have. the first 4 or 5 times they lasted less than 4 seconds, but I recently (1 month ago) had one that lasted about 20-30 seconds.

My reality check: looking at my hand and counting my fingers.

In my dream, I was walking under this bridge on a concrete road. I looked at my hand, and all my fingers were morphing together. At that point, the world was more vivid, and I felt in control.
I saw a table, and there was a dice on it. Whichever way I rotated the dice the 3 was always on top, and the 1 was facing me.

I have to go now, but I'll tell you the rest of the dream later.

DreamViews is awesome, I have to thank them.

I haven't accomplished it yet, almost yesterday but was freaking out so I changed my breathing pattern which distracted me from achieving it. My reality check would probably taking a piss so I know then when I actually wake up, I'll feel the warm piss all over myself. ololololol

lol wow

just look at your hand and examine your fingers, and question reality.
do this about 5-10 times a day

it helps TREMENDOUSLY if you keep a dream journal
write down EVERY SINGLE DETAIL YOU REMEMBER about your dreams when you wake up
I did that for like 6 months off and on, that was fun

Oh right, forgot to mention. I don't use the wild method. Too few result for me.

I think what I do is DILD but I'm not sure

I used to do wilds, then I stopped for a while. Now about once a week I get lucidity in my dreams for a good hour.

The question is what do you gain as a person?

It's basically, do you want to hardly remember most of the dream you weren't able to affect...do whatever the hell you want to do and remember the entire thing.

It's like a vidya gaem.

I'd just end up having to study both in my dream and real life instead of just real life.
