Huge files left after crash.

How do I cheat?

Today i noticed that im missing 10 GB of free space on HDD all of sudden.
SOmeone suggested me a program that will help me find the cause.
Turns out there are 3 TEMP files with size of 3.5 GB in temp folder of cheat engine.
Can i safely remove them?
File names
ADDRESSES.FIRST.TPM
Adresses.tpm
Memory.tpm


I think i could remove them but i'd rather ask first.





EDIT
Meh turns out it is safe to delete it.

It's safe to delete, and ce will delete it itself after a a few days
