How do I cheat?

Ok I doing this programming homework for my online class, and the teacher requires us, to zip the program, and drop it on the online box, so I'm using codeBLocks portable,cuz cygwin sucks, at least in my opinion, after I created the executable file, it can't run. well it runs but it blinks.I guess I'm using dynamic linking, what .dll files from codeblocks do I need to put in the .exe folder to run the program without running it from the IDE, Pls help dead line is tomorrow, the compiler I'm using is mingw

Did you program the application to have any user interaction? Usually when you run an application that is missing a .dll no matter the IDE it was created in it will complain about missing said dll. I've yet to see one work without a dll it was compiled with.
