This looks like the "change register at breakpoint" feature that can be found when rightclicking on an instruction in the disassembler

go to the specific address, rightclick, choose canghe registers at this location and set the flags you want to change
in 6.0+ [x] [ ] means that the ZF flag must be unchecked

alternatively you could automate this using lua and put it in a table for easy usage, but I recommend this only if you know lua and ce's script and debugging engine by heart (and seeing from this question I doubt you do)

Thanks for replying.
The codes I presented are flat codes so I can't right any code. Could you also explain me what LUA does/means?
I received this codes, but the one whom send me forgot to tell how to use them *sight*

Lua is an extension to cheat engine so you can write scripts that automate stuff you do in cheat engine.
In this case you would use it to automatically let ce find the target game and attach the debugger to it. Then set an execute breakpoint at the specific places, and register a function to notify your script when the breakpoints are hit.
Then in the breakpoint change the flags and continue the game

But, as I said, you must first understand what you are doing before you can use it, so easiest is just using that (possibly troll) information you have and apply that to the change register option

I am aware this could be a troll code, but I don't know until I tested it.
I will try to explore CE even more to understand all of it's futures.
