How do I cheat?

I was using cheat engine like 5 minutes ago, working perfectly. Now it's not starting up! i restarted my computer, my av isn't blocking it. Im using nod 32 antivirus, and it hasn't detected or had an error. Please helpp

well the only thing you have to do is to re-install it
