Cheat Engine

Ive been looking through a couple of cheat engine tutorials but I cannot find a place to download the cheat engine source files. I have windows DDK and Delphi7SE (is this the same as cheat engine delphi? or are those two seperate things?) I also have actual search and replace, as well as process explorer. I couldnt find a reliable process dump, but CE's Ive used before have worked if I select my game from the process list after gameguard has loaded. Also, gamemon.des usually goes by so fast I dont have time to suspend it , but when I do it says it cannot suspend the process. I considered deleting the gameguard folder but I figured it wouldnt be updated enough to show me the "catch phrases" that makes uce be detected.

A process dumper, cheat engine files and any other suggestions would be useful. I know how much you all hate noobs, so I tried to educate myself a bit and lurk before resorting to posting.

Also, my game is Phantasy Star Universe.

I saw that but I didnt see anything clearly labeled cheat engine source, or cheat engine delphi for that matter... is it CTEC? Im confused.

Edit: after some thorough digging I did find that cheat engine delphi is infact different from delphi 7 (you should really elaborate that, especially since its confusing as to why the CE is called CE delphi in the first place..)

Im using rolling dices tut, simply because I dont want to mess with the hideme function. I need a dump to find string words so I cannot be detected as well. But for the moment I just need to figure out what to do with a compiled ce in delphi.

edit2 I found a txt that tells me to run ce.bat in win 2k development build enviornment to compile ce. I didnt see that direction in rolling dices tutorial, does anyone have a command list for Win 2k build environments? Also, for win 2k enviroments I only have free build and checked mode, did development builds name get changed or did they just mean free build? I got the ce source files off ices server.
