FUCKKK outage which mr helpdesk kindly informs me 'I'm happy to tell you, sir, this is a P1 outage affecting around 2000 people and our engineers will have it fixed in a matter of hours, not days'. THIS IS GOOD NEWS ?!

I had the same thing a few months ago. If you can't find something to do for a few hours that does not involve the Internet you have problems.

Well I was working from home. Which is difficult without Internet. So yes, it is a problem. It's not I have nothing else to do.

Ya talked to my boss already. It's just irritating. Some people might think it's like a free day off work but considering my bonus is measured by performance it's not much of a win.. Small things add up

I assume not all 2000 users will have the ISP, go to some internet cafe or somewhere else to get your work done then ask your boss for a raise!

The funny thing is that it was some asshole gas/waterworks digger responsible for this. Probably Cryoma in a few years time
