task manager and registry and its pissing me off. i runned malwarebyte and it got 9 and it didnt delete the malwarares it just stays there wth?

You have something hooked, boot into Safe-Mode remove. If you are running an account that is not Administrator then just create a new account and copy your data to the new account, delete the old. Will take maybe 5 minutes.
