Hey.
I was wondering, if it was possible (well sure it is, but is it doable for someone like me) to trick a game launcher to receive fake data that a server is online, or activate a deactivated button to start the actual game despite the server being offline.
This seems pointless, but I'd want to try something out.
I believe the launcher works pretty straight forward, it checks the server status every x seconds, and accordingly sets the server status message to Online of Offline, if Online the Play button will be clickable, and the game starts.

I'm not able to start the game without the launcher, so that's not an option, I somehow needs to trick the launcher into believing the server is Online, or the button for that matter.
Any tips where I should start, and with what.
