I got 300$ but I am working so I will get more these weeks.. So...

I am gonna buy MOBO and CPU first

First of all, I want: BANG FOR THE BUCK
MOBO: Please find me a good one, but it should not cost more than 150 $
CPU: Help me findig a nice AMD quad core
GPU: AMD 6770?
RAM: I find some RAM myself.

Hold off on the mobo, cpu till you can afford ram as well. When you get these parts you can assemble them using another hdd and cd, this way if mobo or cpu need to be rma'd you aren't assed out cause it took you more than 30 days to get the ram.

Don't buy hardware ahead of time, it only depreciates. Any price reduction would negate the shipping cost anyhow, and new hardware coming to market could seriously reduce prices.
