A lot of programs get only unpacked/decrypted while running them as process. They will make invisible content readable.
Before you run the application it takes 5mb. And then when you open it.
It is only unpacked/decompressed/decrypted in the process ram. It will take more megabytes. And cheat engine has no feature that rips the whole big hexdecimal proccess into a big file that you save as a new file on your computer for later analysis and file searching in a hex editor.

Cheat engine can't do this.
Because cheat engine always show this:

go to the memory view->view->memory regions
select all , rightlick and save to

you might have to manually concatenate the files

Now i got a many m???? files.
I imagined it should only be one big file.

Now what program is able to merge all hex files?

well, you could do a command prompt command:
copy /b bla.m001+bla.m002+bla.m003 bla.finalresult
