coming versions will most likely be even bigger

if you want a smaller size just use .cetrainer files instead. Most people on this website can handle cetrainer files without a problem.

And for people that don't just tell them to install Cheat Engine. (See it like java and distributing .jre files instead of the whole java package )

you could try packing the ce exe files with UPX, but the trainers will still be 1.5MB or bigger

As for more than 1 cheat to a hotkey, that is already possible. You just add the same hotkey to another cheat and then just remove the display of the second hotkey
