Please how can I make a permanent hack with a address that change everytime I close the game?

I allways need to make the scan again to it work, because the address change...


And how can I make a trainer like, when you are in game you press INSERT and a menu shows to you choose your hack

Did you the tutorial? I think not...
Make Step 6 and 8.

And the second thing is a d3d / ogl menu ( you need a d3d kit or ogl kit and c++ knowledge )
