How do I cheat?

i just tryed to change money in farmwille..but after i change all and browser refresh every change is lost.Is there any way to keep the changes i make with cheat engine?

The server knows how much money you actually have.

Nop, the server holds that information, wheter you changed it in your end or not. It may appear to you that you can change the money, but its only visually, like using a pen and writing the ammount on your lcd screen. When the game communicates with the server again, it retrieves the correct ammount of money and the changes have no effect.
