cpu and mobo lga need to match up right?

So if I'm getting a sandy bridge lga 1155 i7 I'll need a lga 1155 atx mobo? If the lga on the mobo is higher, like 1320, will it be compatible also or does the number have to be exact?

You should look into microATX/mini-ITX if you want a small computer (I know do). If you decide to go mini-ITX you should consider getting the Sugo SG07.
