Hey, I need to know if it's possible to create tabs within a worksheet in Excel.

I don't mean creating more worksheets, but rather creating tabs inside the worksheet that let you switch between the pages. These tabs need to be able to be modified visually and such. I know I've seen it somewhere before and I'm interested in them because it makes the overall function of my workbook much easier.

Another question:
I need to make an IF formula that has three different outcomes. How would I do this?
[I need one for if X>Y, X=Y, and X<Y in the same cell.
