Click to open process;
Click Create Process;
Find .exe and execute, leave special parameters blank and ok;

"This debugger interface: 'VEH Debugger' doesn't support Break On Entry yet"

OK;

nothing happens, what do? Confused

Yes, that is true. Break on Entry is supported only by the standard windows debugger at the moment. Why do you need it?

I'm new to debugging, wanted to see if I could bypass a registration prompt. not even sure if such a thing is possible with debugging, i just wanted to fiddle with it I guess. Are there any good tuts on debugging?

Yes it is possible but probably the windows debugger will be good for that. If not, and you have a 32-bit OS, use OllyDBG.
