It's really easy to get if you have the hang of it.
Need: Grappling hook, Nightmare pickaxe, Lots of glowing shrooms/pots
Prefereable: Cloud in a Bottle, that helmet that makes you immune to fire blocks
GO DOWN THERE, GRAPPLE, AND KEEP DIGGING.
You should mine fast enough to kill their fireballs. If you're still having trouble and dying a lot, set your spawn down there.
