Was there a POST code (beeping)? If so, describe it.
Those red lights could mean anything and nothing. Try removing all but the essentials (only leaving CPU in mobo) and see if your build boots or not. If it boots, then install your hardware one piece a time and try to boot. Rinse and repeat until you hit the step where it won't boot, and the most recently installed hardware should be the problem.
Most likely to be a faulty graphics card or RAM module, I think. You could skip some steps and simply remove the vid card and/or RAM to save time I guess. Then just install everything back until you hit the no-boot wall.

red lights normally indicate lack of power, at least for your gfx card.

LMAO whos CEF Hitler my names sean man
anyway try the most simpleist but the one most peopleincluding myself overlook which is the stupid jumper pins for the power and reset switch on the front of ya case as you say it wont boot
you will have to relate to ya mobo manual so rtfm for you lol just joking
so if you have got the jumpers right and are still unable to power up i.e you press the power button and it still does nothing looks like you may need to return ya power supply to manufactuor or upgrade
whats the spec's of ya comp anyway man

If you have another computer with you, you could try using the RAM and videocard of your current build onto the other PC and see if it boots
