I'm just starting to get into racing games and was looking for suggestions. I was looking at Dirt 3 but I'm not too sure. The only one I have any experience with is Flat Out. To be honest I much preferred the events than the races. I'll be using a controller.

Sooo, any suggestions would be much appreciated.

NFS hot pursuit or if you want an MMO NFS World
also GRID is pretty good but controls are hard to the extreme that it is actually easier in real life.
