Kudos OP, for taking the steps towards a healthier physique. I suggest doing a sport to hasten the muscle growth/endurance. I've been doing Krav Maga for two months now, and it has helped me greatly. Yesterday alone I had to do fifty push-ups during training. The first twenty-five were due to someone being unable to drink water within the allotted 30 seconds, and when we were almost finished doing those, someones phone went off and we had to continue with another twenty-five. Mind you this was 30 minutes into the training, after the warming up and boxing practice. The incentive being that, if ONE person fails to complete the fifty push-ups, everybody has to do ten more push-ups.

FYI, I weigh in at 82 KG/180 Lbs.

Baseball requires you to use every muscle in your body. It may not be a contact sport but requires a lot of muscle and endurance if you want tO be good.

LOL ok now try to do REAL Full range of motion pushups in 1 minute

not some stupid sissy shit where you barely go down and just spring back up

Not offending your marine training or where you come from or anything like that

just saying that it would be more impressive to do 60 in a minute than 100 sissy-not-a-real-work-out push ups
