Cheat Engine

Hello, I have found some pointers and saved them in the table.
I have made a trainer with the pointers but it doesn't seem to be pointer in the tutorial..I mean> after creating the trainer, (before quitting the game) it worked but after that the trainer doesnt work anymore, but i am sure that the pointers are good because if using them normally in cheat engine the pointers point the correct address every time and it always works.
Can anyone help me fixing this?

//specification:
the game is PurblePlace (installed with Windows 7) (the purble pairs game).
i have found for the score, time & tiles turned. they are all 2 level pointers.

time> PurblePlace.exe+CFE3C (offset 18 and then offset 110)
score> PurblePlace.exe+CFE3C (offset 18 then 118)
tiles> PurblePlace.exe+CFE3C (offset 18 then 120).

any help?

ave you tried clicking on the cheats themself in the trainer? (to check if it isn't a hotkey issue)

Or ran the game before or after the trainer ?

i have tried the trainer after creating it, before quitiing the game and it worked perfectly.

i relaunched the game (not thought the trainer) and the trainer and clicked on one of the cheats i made....I saw the description color of the text changing so i know its not that kind of problem....its more like not pointing at the adress..(like it is a normal adress- the one pointed when making it and not repointed, if you understand me...(sorry for my english)
