Beta testing and contest are over, drop is extremely rare, none of those are ways of getting it, just receiving it.

| The Resurrection Associate Pin is awarded for players who have played all the games in the Potato Sack pack. After playing all 13 games, a banner with a link will appear in the player's Steam profile, where they will be able to claim their Pin. Note that Portal 2 does not need to be pre-ordered.

Pretty much this, but find find the url for that link and edit it to be your steam name. Just dont share the link cause then we be fucked.
