I've been working on it a few hours the past 3 days, and have finally come to a point where I deem it acceptable for a true release. I'm currently just adding about 10 more instruments(for a total of 18) and a few more scales. I want to pre-release it to a few people, then get their feedback for any last minute changes before writing documentation and having a final release. At which point, I will probably put it on google code.

There is still some cleanup to do as well, so the GUI you see will not be exactly as it is when done.
i think I would rather do this through PMs so I can keep each person's feedback organized and give proper credit in the final release. So just post in this thread if interested, and I can PM you the link. Thanks :D

it definitely looks like an interesting program, but it is probably not for me since i have no idea what fractal music is about lol.
does fractal music have some kind of "infinite complexity" like fractal images? btw, what kind of feedback are you looking for?

Sorry for the late reply. I released it to the Random spam guys and fixed some UI problems as well as added a few more instruments.
It's pretty much in its final stages. I'm just adding more scales and performing small tweaks until I'm happy with it.
And it basically is just like a fractal. Except you are controlling the complexity using orders. The result is automatically generated, self similar, evolving music.
