How do I cheat?

I did all that was needed to do on CE on 9 dragons and resolved the addreses , frozen them , but the value won`t stay and i can`t use the modified values , dough they aprea in-game modified.
Nao does anyone have a hint or somthing ?

Probably the value is server-sided so you cannot change it.

mk , so does anyone have any hint or method of making them remain in-game as they apear as modfied values in CE ?

run a 9dragons private server and connect the client to that server instead. then use cheat engine on the server and change the values there
