Uhm, if you use any social media: Facebook & Twitter app.

Also get Google Goggles, which allows you to scan barcodes, recognize landmarks, etc.

Get a decent browser instead of the stock one (Dolphin Mini or Opera Mini).

If you have any other friends that got a phone that connects to the interwebs 24/7 and you text a lot: get WhatsApp, allows you to text through the web for free. (Also make your friends get WhatsApp).

Get File Expert, it allows you to turn your phone into a HTTP/FTP server, so you'll be able to access it from your pc if they're both connected to the same network, instead of having to plug that stupid cable in all the time.

oh and the PS1 emu isn't bad at all, played FFVII on it for a few days now, good speed.
