First method is using the vtable pointer in the structure (first pointer in the structure)
Often in a fps the player has an unique class pointer, so you could check against that and if so, don't kill
If the player and enemy both have the same class add the player and enemy structure next to eachother in the dissect data window and see if there is a difference.

There are codes that are accessing to your health only. Save the address of your health and use a compare to make sure that you are not killed along with other enemies.
Or find some player ID but it is not needed as this method is easier.

Heres what i did when i started playing this game. Find health addy and debug that. In the memory viewer it'l show you the offset. Subtract that from your health addy which brings you to the dynamic base.
Find out what accesses that. Everything starts from the dynamic base. Heres a few things iv seen
Health
Lives
Armor
God mode (Dev cheat)
Weapons
Ammo
Flying (Dev cheat)
Ghost (Dev cheat)
Invisibility (Dev cheat)
more but i cant remember. To actually use the dev cheats from memory, you need to enable it. 0 = off, 1 = norm cheats, 2 = dev cheats
Sorry i cant post anything, i got bored of this game after hacking it for a couple of hours and deleted my finds.
