I was just downloading my Crysis 2 yesterday and it was at 15% and now its back to 0% OMG ima kick somebody for this.

I don't think you can unless the download manager can resume downloads based on parts you could possibly have already. More importantly, contact the EA support and see what they say.

Same thing happened to me except with steam, maybe the same thing will work for whatever it is you're using.

Check the folder it was downloading to, are there files there? If yes what size are they reporting? They should of course say the complete size though it lies.
