Methods vary for each girl but you get the idea.

Work out, mostly arms and chest and abs (chicks always see the upper part of the body first), rest is okey.

Stop eating shit with oil like fries or pizzas or fried chicken or shit like that, it gives you acne. Also drink water instead of soda.
