A pretty cool mod I found, basically adds NPCs in your world that will build 24 31 different structures. When a Mayor is able to gather 3 builders and some blank NPCs (Homeowners I think.) They will build a fairly large walled off town with random blocks, town includes 2 traders and a bakery. Here are some pics of it.
