Actually what are the different between Cheat Engine and WPE Pro?

Cheat Engine is a reverse-engineering tool with a memory scanner, debugger and lots of other features.

WPE pro is a packet sniffer/editor to intercept and modify packets in and out of Your computer (for example check data that is sent and received from the internet).
