I've seen a video with something that looks like cheat engine with a different theme, is it possible to change it or is it a different engine?

There are tons of modified Cheat Engine clones all over the net. It does not have a default method to change the theme so far.

For me it's better like this, but Dark Byte could add TSkinForm, or even VGScene and then import some theme. If he wants, but I don't think we need that, as long as the CE is stable.

VGScene is also completly useless. Even though you can buy the sourcecode I could not add it to the SVN of cheat engine because it's licensed, making it impossible for people to recompile ce

About VGScene thats sure like that. But I said, no fancy GUI is necessary as long as the CE it self is stable.
