Ok, i just started the computer , launched FireFox as normal.
FireFox was getting a bit slow, so i had to close it through task manager; End Process.
Now, i launched ie8 to check whether if it's faster than FireFox.
After the browser launches, i found this strange glitch in ie:

I have no idea how it happened, i haven't used for a long while.
So i've tried restarting the browser, nothing happened.
Restarted the computer, nothing happened.
Reinstalled the browser, nothing.


What do you caused this? And how could i fix it?

Solved!
I've fixed it.
If you are having the same problem, just follow these steps:
1. Launch control panel
2. switch to classic mode (Easiest, because you can see all of the options)
3. Open 'Accessibility Options'
4. Once you see the window, go to the 'Display' tab.
5. Here, you'll see a check box that says: 'Use High Contrast'.
6. Click that and hit apply (Not 'OK').
7. The theme will turn in to high contrast black, but don't worry, it's a part of the fix.
8. Click the checkbox again and hit apply and then ok.
10. Done, now launched you IE 8!

I've had that kind of bleed through using explorer mostly, next time it happens I'll try this fix.
