What do you have so far? Is the movie in an .avi file format?

It was an mlv but I converted it to vob so I can play it on my ps3.

You can use this to convert nearly any movie file type into DVD format. Just make sure you check off to make an ISO under project settings. I've used this several times to make AVI->DVD, MKV->DVD, etc and it works flawlessly.

If you have an AMD gfx card it can convert for you. Then you just need a burning program like nero.
