Like watch this chart, I will use 'x' as for reps.
1x -> 2x -> o
o is for the person you're trying to rep again
which would be 1x
But it won't let you so throw in another constant (3x)
1x -> 2x -> 3x -> 1x -> 2x -> 3x -> 4x -> 2x -> 1x -> 3x

Get it?

You need to change your reputation between three members for you to rep the person you rep'd first.
