imm.io has flawless online version of photoshop where you can edit photos from direct links or from your computer then reupload them via imm.io
you can also use it on websites.
website use example: www.Loesite.tk press editor at bottom menu
and imm.io's website with editor: www.Pixlr.com

Imageshack.us best image hosting.
why?
make an account, unlimited space, supports big and heavy images.
cool features after installing the toolbar.
on windows: right click an image and it gives you the option to upload it to your account right away.
on browser: right click an image and it will let you upload or transload it to your imageshack account.
