Ipod dock doesn't charge my ipod.

Yeah my old dock doesnt charge my iTouch 4th g so I just got a 'wall charger' and played music out of speakers @ same time, works just the same and cheaper. But that's Just me cause yous might complain about sound quality and all that.

I can't charge my ipod through a wall charger when it's connected to my dock..?

he's saying he plugged regular speakers into it and used a wall charger to charge it. As I said before, old dock cannot charge new ipods. Deal with it.

As I said, there are converters which you can place on your dock, so they will charge.

Then if your against not using a dock, get the converter.
