Usually I use the code list when I use the "find out what..." features as I save all important codes there.
I am aware that if I want to nop a code which has been changed already by something else, CE will warn me that the code is not the same as it should be.
I also know that if I nop a code, the "find out..." feature will be disabled for that code in the code list.
However if the code has been changed by let's say code injection, I am still able to use the "find out..." feature from the code list and CE will not warn me that the code is not the same as it should be. So if someone is using "find out..." from the code list on a code which has been changed by code injection, CE will set a breakpoint on the jmp instruction which will obviously result in nothing at all.
Probably the same issue will happen if the code is dynamic (eg. flash games) and CE will just set a breakpoint at the location, without noticing that the code is not the same as it should be.
