NetFlix has release streaming stats it has been collecting for a few months. In it, it rates how ISP's performed. NetFlix HD streaming service can provide about 4m/sec down, they rated some 20 or so ISP's as far as download speed. Of note Canada carriers beat out US carriers. No surprise there.
