Cheat Engine

1) in the cheat engine tutorial i have only 6 tutorials and not 7 or even 8 like others..
2) ive changed "command Points limit " in startegy game , but when i re enter the game i need to find the way to change it agian... [ adress changed]
3) after i found what i want , how can i make it into a program ? [ i know some assambley + pascal + C ] how i make this trainer in other words..

1) You need to download Cheat Engine 5.3 you probably have 5.1.1 or 5.2
2)This is a part where pointers come.
3)You press the save button but you write in something.exe
