First let me thank you Dark Byte for your amazing amazing work! Smile

When I tried to install the new version 6.0 I get this strange error:
The application failed to initialize properly

Crying or Very sad

This is why I had to go back to the older version that works good .... but please any help how I can get the new version to work as well?

Try doing a windows update.
Also, do you have the .net framework installed ?

and you may have to enable windows themes. If you use one of those 'lite' windows versions (where themes have been disabled) it might not work (missing dll)

Perhaps you can run it in compat mode

I dont use any themes, just background picture and normal Win XP
