How do you know if there are multi level pointers and if there are what do you do i more than one pops up?

you know it's a multilevel pointer when you havn't found a green (static) base address for the single level pointer.

and if more than one possibility pops up I generally pick the one at the top, and if that one results in nothing, the second one, etc...

Does Cheat Engine 6.0 show the address green because i was testing it once on the Cheat engine tutorial and in the video it showed up green but in Cheat Engine 6.0 it did not show up that way.

P.S.
What do you do if it shows up with on or more addresses for the pointers?
